Attica Locke is a NY Times best-selling author of six novels. Her latest book, Guide Me Home, was published in 2024 as part of the Highway 59 trilogy which includes Heaven, My Home and Bluebird, Bluebird, which won the Edgar Award for Best Novel. She is a winner of the Harper Lee Prize for Legal Fiction, the Ernest Gaines Award, and was shortlisted for the Women's Prize for Fiction and nominated for an LA Times Book Prize as well as an NAACP Image Award. Locke is also a screenwriter and TV producer, with credits that include Empire, When They See Us, and the Emmy-nominated Little Fires Everywhere. She co-created and executive produced From Scratch for Netflix. She is currently under an overall development deal with Universal Television.
